How do I mount the bullet camera?
Use the included mounting bracket and screws. Ensure the surface can support the camera weight. Position the camera at a height of 2.5-3 meters for optimal coverage.
What's the recommended cable length?
For PoE connections, we recommend Cat5e/Cat6 cables up to 100 meters. For optimal performance, keep cable runs under 80 meters when possible.
Can I install the camera outdoors?
Yes, our outdoor cameras have IP67 rating and can withstand temperatures from -30°C to 60°C. Ensure all cable connections are properly sealed.
