1. Does this camera need WiFi to work?
   No. It connects over 4G LTE with a standard SIM card, so it operates in locations with no WiFi network or broadband line at all.

2. Which 4G bands are supported in my country?
   Band support varies by regional variant. Contact us with your deployment country and we will confirm the supported band list before you order.

3. How long can it run without sunlight?
   The 8000mAh battery combined with AOV ultra-low-power management sustains operation across extended overcast periods. With the monocrystalline solar panel connected, the camera is designed for continuous year-round operation.

4. Can I record without paying for cloud storage?
   Yes. All recordings can be stored locally on a TF card up to 256GB. Cloud storage is included at no extra cost, but it is entirely optional.

5. Can I exclude certain areas from monitoring?
   Yes. Area detection allows you to mark zones you do not need to monitor, and you can adjust PIR sensitivity to reduce unnecessary recordings.

6. What happens when a person is detected?
   AI humanoid detection triggers the pan-tilt lens to track the moving person, activates the sound and light alarm, and pushes an instant alert to your phone — while the fixed lens continues guarding the key area.

7. How difficult is the initial setup?
   Place the camera near your phone and the app automatically prompts a Bluetooth pairing window. Follow the on-screen steps to complete connection in minutes.

8. Is it suitable for outdoor use all year round?
   Yes. The IP66-rated housing operates reliably between -10°C and 55°C, handling rain, snow, dust, and heat.
